Them Coulee Boys mark their annual return to the hotel on the heels of the release of their 5th album “No Fun in the Chrysalis”. Recorded in Eau Claire with Grammy winner Brian Joseph, new singles “I Am Not Sad” and “Up Close” are receiving critical praise, and build on the growing repertoire of “hits” to watch for at the Boys’ live shows. With an expanding catalogue expect a “no repeats” two nights of fun at one of the spots where their story begins. They will be joined by La Crosse’s Knee-High July on Friday night and Winona’s Texas Toast on Saturday night.
FRIDAY NIGHT THEME: SPORTS
About Knee-High July
The driftless region locals put a very Wisconsin-spin on their Alt-country/folk rock original music. A headliner in their own right, July will do their damndest to get the crowd hoppin’ for our first big summer show. And they’re the perfect 5-piece to get your dance-muscles warmed up and your vocal cords tuned – because you’ll be shouting “It’s OK” before you know it. Want to make a good impression? Buy the guys a round of Hamm’s – from the land of sky-blue waters.
