Winona’s own Mike Munson is an adept slide guitar player with a reverence for the history and evolution of American music. Joined by percussionist extraordinaire, Lars-Erik Larson, the two bring years of experience and an inclination for improvisation to the stage. Together they explore new territory, creating a sound that dances between early American rock and roll, gritty blues and modern jazz.
The show will take place in the all-season porch for a very intimate listening session. Porch doors open at 1pm. Get here early to claim your space. Food will not be served on the porch during the show, but grab lunch with us before, or dinner after. $10 cash cover will be collected at the porch entrance, with all $$ going to the artists. Our last Munson show was packed, so do get here early. Only those in the porch are required to pay admission.
