Michael Grabner is an Appleton, WI based singer-songwriter who blends the intricate guitar picking and poetic, down and out lyrics of Elliot Smith with the energy and attention grabbing hooks of Tom Petty. His unique take on folk and roots music is informed by a diverse list of influences that range from Hank Williams to Radiohead. Michael recently released his third full length album, “The Rock Garden Recordings”, and is a 2026 Wisconsin Area Music Industry finalist in seven categories, including singer-songwriter of the year, song of the year (“Wherever You Are”) and acoustic guitar player of the year.
