Howard ‘Guitar’ Luedtke is a staple in the Blues scene and with good reason. He has 40 plus years of playing guitar in both the Midwest and on the international stage.
In 1964, Howard got his first guitar and today, when he picks up his Les Paul, he will transport you into the world of the blues. He’s incredibly talented and his passion for what he does is clear.
Howard can be seen performing solo, as a duo with his wife Deb Klossner on bass, or with his full band Blue Max, that includes a talented line up of drummers.
Howard’s guitar playing is hard, fast and immaculate. He’s truly one of those players who lives in harmony with his instrument. That connection only comes with experience and an undying need to share this sound, which runs deep in your soul. ~ Scott Morfitt
Dave Rogers has not been able to get enough of the guitar since he was 12. He watched his older brother in a band and was hooked from that point on. He’s played in a variety of bands, but remains firmly rooted in the area with his family and business (Dave’s Guitar Shop). His favorite guitar artist of all time is Clapton. This is evident in every performance as he seamlessly moves from one Clapton riff to another. Rogers goes into another world through his playing and you may too. There are no wrong notes from his 50’s Strat with the maple fingerboard.
Grammy-winning drummer and percussionist Terry Nirva along with bass players Mark Denny and Magic Deb complete the band.
